Mireille Capriles comes from a Political Sciences and International Relations background. Her studies are a great foundation for the regular negotiations and business transactions she leads as Managing Director of ITCA - Southern Europe Regional Office (France, Italy & Iberia division).
She began her career at Equant France as a Human Resources Specialist in Learning & Development before moving to ITCA as a Senior Account Manager. Her attention to detail and ability to learn quickly and think on her feet were fundamental in creating revenue and achieving cost savings not otherwise possible for both ITCA and its clients. In April 2010, a little under a year after joining ITCA, she was promoted to her current position.
This quick ascent demonstrates ITCA's confidence in her capacity to meet the company's goals and go beyond what is expected of her. She was a key player in the creation, and continues to be an indispensable asset in the ongoing improvements, of ITCA's revenue recovery activities in Southern Europe. Mireille's experience in communicating and dealing with people at all levels facilitates the challenge ahead as she streamlines ITCA's European activities.
