ITCA awards Eduardo Couto da Silva Added Responsibilities of the Americas

 

Eduardo Couto da Silva is taking on the esteemed title of Head of the Americas where he will be overseeing business in ITCA’s Latin America and North America offices. Since 2010, Eduardo has held the position of the Director of ITCA’s Latin America Serviços de Informática Ltda. and, most recently, he served as the Director of ITCA North America LLC. Eduardo’s insight into the sales cycles, targets, and deadlines that his clients must meet, his extensive knowledge of compliance, IT, and business, and his experience in multinational markets are skills that will support him in his new role at ITCA.

 

Eduardo received his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Miami and, with over 15 years of experience in the software industry, Eduardo has worked in various levels and positions in the industry. He first entered the IT world as a computer graphics artist and rose to the awarding position as head License Compliance Sales Manager at Autodesk's Latin America division.

 

Having extensive experience in the competitive sales arena, Eduardo applies his first-hand knowledge when dealing with clients. ITCA works to regain lost revenue of software companies suffering from large-scale copyright infringement and Eduardo’s experiences with sales cycles and deadline pressures offers him a very personal knowledge and insight into the situations these businesses are facing.

 

In the wake of ITCA’s growing success in the American markets and his new responsibilities, Eduardo will lead a newly assigned team based in ITCA’s New York office.
